Learning at Northside Learning Center
Since the infant time is perhaps the most significant period of development, we encourage babies to communicate by playing games like peek-a-boo and pat-a-cake. Our curriculum supports that a child's needs are to be nurtured and loved by caring adults holding, singing, and talking to your child.
We give individualized care and attention that will help develop the foundations for language and learning. Feeding, sleeping, and the other activities will compliment your schedule at home whenever possible.
Our staff members understand that a nurturing smile while an infant has a bottle teaches the same lessons of belonging and safety that the parents provide at home. They know that the eye contact that a feeding baby makes is helping him to learn about the world in the one foot radius around him that has clear focus.
Our teachers know how each of the milestones in your child's development can be nurtured and fostered, guided by careful planning, watchful teachers, kind hearts and a safe, healthy, friendly environment. Our curriculum is designed to prepare children, to nurture their spirits, feed their bodies and encourage enthusiasm for a life of learning.
